WASHINGTON (ABC7) — From a global pandemic causing more than 860,000 death, to a record-breaking hurricane season turning towns to rubble – it’s hard to escape the devastation of 2020. And it’s no surprise many are now battling what’s being called ‘disaster fatigue.’
